Benjamin Herbst is the truth he got me probation instead of imprisonment in federal court from the start till the end he kept me with high confidence and I don’t feel like anybody else would of got me the outcome that he did yes he was my lawyer but he’s more like family if u get into any legal issues call on Mr.herbst

Ben was Great assisting in my son’s Juvenile Gun case !!! He was very responsive at first contact and all the way through the multiple court proceedings!! Got an adult gun charge dropped to juvenile court !! Highly recommend!! Our case was in St Mary’s Co !! Well worth the investment for your children’s future!!!

I cannot recommend Benjamin Herbst enough. This was my first ever experience in 45 years with any kind of legal issues and choosing a lawyer is not like choosing a restaurant. You only get one shot to get it right and this was a serious situation. I was incarcerated for 150 days in the worst place on the planet, Baltimore City. I was facing a possible felony and 20+ years in jail. I put my life in Ben’s hands and I was pleased with the outcome thanks to his knowledge and expertise navigating this. Every legal situation is different his personal attention and servitude was second to none. I would never wish this situation on anyone but if you find yourself looking for a lawyer, Ben is the one to choose.

If you are seeking experienced counsel, Ben is absolutely the right choice. I was in a desperate time crunch to find an attorney for my boyfriend and after contacting many law offices, it was clear Ben was the best fit. I never dealt with anyone other than him (no paralegals or bouncing between other attorneys in his office). He was a calm and knowledgeable voice of reason in what felt like an impossible situation. My boyfriend had no prior record and I had never dealt with anything like this so it was high anxiety to make sure we had someone we could trust. Ben made himself available 7 days a week at any hour of the day and kept open lines of communication throughout the nearly 5 month process. He was quick to follow up and answer the many questions I had as we navigated the Baltimore City system. He was honest, logical, and straight to the point which I appreciated in a time of so much uncertainty. Ben was able to work out a plea deal which was the best possible outcome.
